His meticulous work in delivering badges, medals, and ceremonial items to Sri Lanka’s armed forces cemented his reputation for reliability. In 2023, he turned his sights to the UAE, co-founding Quick Arrows to tap into the region’s boundless potential. His strategic mindset and dedication to quality continue to anchor our government and B2B partnerships.
Aysha Abrar: The Engineer Who Redefined Business Growth
Aysha’s journey started at Moscow State Aviation Technological University, where her engineering roots instilled analytical rigor. After pioneering energy-saving projects in Moscow’s heating stations, she launched ventures like Chipita and KARAVAN Trading House, transforming Russia’s food distribution landscape. By forging alliances with retail giants such as Metro and Auchan, she scaled operations across 15+ subsidiaries. Later, as Head of Sales at Sweet Fairy Tale Group, she boosted revenue by 40% through strategic restructuring. Today, her expertise in e-commerce and digital sales fuels Quick Arrows’ expansion, blending innovation with a deep understanding of global retail dynamics.
NandVasani: The Pillar of Operational Excellence
NAND’s career spans over four decades, beginning in 1976 as a Sales Representative at Manoj Electronics, where he honed his talent for customer engagement and relationship-building. Rising through roles like Showroom In-Charge at Essam Trading and Showroom Manager at R Kamal Trading Agency, he mastered the art of operational efficiency, team leadership, and inventory control. For nearly two decades at R Kamal, he refined processes that elevated customer satisfaction and streamlined business operations. Now, as a Working Partner at Quick Arrows, he applies this wealth of experience to ensure seamless supply chain coordination and market responsiveness, bridging the gap between global suppliers and clients with precision.
