Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at sales@quickarrowstrade.com and send your item to: {physical address}.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Upon receiving the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the item shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
